Questions, problems or feedback about Arial on the web or iPhone.

Contact us

Email [email protected] from the address you use with Arial, or tell us which address that is. Include the job or application involved if your question is about one. We reply by email.

Delete your account

In the iPhone app, open Account, then Delete account. Deletion happens right away and removes your profile, resumes, saved jobs, applications, inbox messages and application history from Arial. It also cancels an active web subscription.

To delete an account you only use on the web, email [email protected] from that account's email address. Applications already sent stay with the employers that received them.

Manage or cancel a subscription

  • Bought in the iPhone app: Apple bills it. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Arial. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
  • Bought on the web: sign in at app.tryarial.com and choose Billing at the bottom of the sidebar to update payment details, switch plans or cancel.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. For a web purchase, email us.

How application email works

Your account gets its own address at tryarial.com once you save your application profile. Arial applies with it, so employer confirmations, verification codes and recruiter replies arrive in your Arial inbox. If your account has a verified personal email, those messages are also forwarded there. You can reply, or start a new message, from the same address in the app.

An application didn't go through

Open Applications to see each one's status. When Arial couldn't finish an application, nothing was sent, and you can try again or apply on the employer's site. When an employer asks a legal question you haven't answered, such as work authorization, Arial asks you there before it continues.
