The person behind Arial

Arial (tryarial.com), made by Kevin Tang, is a job board of internship and new-grad postings plus an AI agent that writes your resume for each one. It shares a name with the typeface but has no connection to it. Kevin is a student at the University of Michigan and a founding engineer at a YC-backed startup.

He built Arial after seeing how often a strong resume gets filtered out before a person ever reads it. The version that lands interviews is rarely the one with the most words; it is the one a scanner and a recruiter can both read in seconds.

Arial starts from the resume you already have and rewrites it for each posting you pick from the board. You stay in control of every line.
